SELF WORTH

If you're fortunate enough to have a full time job which covers your rent (or mortgage) and bills, then good for you. This means that a person (or company) you're working for is paying you a salary in exchange for a service. As long as you keep providing that service to an acceptable level, you will continue to receive your salary. If you exceed the expectations of said person or company you may even be exposed to bonus, as a reward for your additional commitment to work, which is marvellous stuff.

However, if you continue to exceed exponentially and your salary remains the same, that's kinda your fault. If you truly believe you're doing more than what's expected of you on a daily basis - only you can fix this. Map out your concerns and reach out to your place of work. If there is no budging, you have to make a choice. The quickest fix is take your foot off the gas, and only do what is being asked of you. The braver alternative is to pick up and move somewhere else. Whatever you decide, good luck...
